Give a woman the right tools and she can do anything. Threads work like miniature scaffolding to lift the cheeks, soon to be your new favourite tool in your beauty box. The results are immediate and can be as dramatic or subtle as you like so you can keep your secret to sculpted cheeks, we won’t tell if you don’t!

The threads are made from biodegradable polydioxanone which creates a supportive mesh and an immediate lift. PDO threads are a gift that keeps on giving as they define your cheekbones whilst producing collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid (aka the recipe for youthful skin) long after they’ve dissolved.

Before & After

THREADS

PDO Threads Jawline

Facial definition has grabbed our full attention as it sweeps social media as a way to instantly knock years off of your appearance. Your jawline can transform your entire face so why not use it to your advantage? Up your selfie game with Dr Gabriela’s jawline treatments and look picture perfect from every angle.

Want a chiselled jawline? You’ll also want threads. Popular amongst millennials savvy with social media, PDO threads are as common as a trip to the nail salon for a mani-pedi.

They’re made from biodegradable polydioxanone to create a supportive mesh for an instant lift and sharper jawline. Dr Gabriela will gently insert them into your skin with a blunt-tip cannula to minimise bruising and swelling so you’ll be back to posting pictures in no time.

The PDO threads will naturally dissolve and be safely broken down by the body but the goodness will keep on flowing. They trigger the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid so you will continue to see their beauty benefits long after they’ve dissolved.

PDO Threads Neck

All the facial treatments in the world won’t draw attention away from your neck if a youthful look is what you desire. Our facial care shouldn’t stop at our jawline as our neck is one of the most vulnerable features in the ageing process. Dr Gabriela can undo years of rejection with her bespoke non-invasive treatments.

PDO threads

As we age, we begin to lose collagen that helps shape and support the delicate skin on our neck. PDO threads are a multipurpose procedure to deliver an instant lift and promote collagen production.

Biodegradable polydioxanone threads are inserted with a blunt-cannula tip to avoid bruising or swelling. Traditionally they were injected with a sharp needle which could be problematic to blood vessels and veins if they are caught on their way in or out. Cannulas are more flexible which will allow Dr Gabriela to sense any tension and find an alternative route to the tissue. They’re also longer and thinner than most needles so they can reach more of the neck from fewer entry points reducing trauma to the skin. Beauty doesn’t require sacrifice in the hands of Dr Gabriela, with minimal downtime you can still seize the day and every day after.

Once the body senses the small incision and an unfamiliar object in the skin it will automatically enter self-healing mode. Large amounts of collagen will be sent to the treated areas in the neck to begin to heal. The PDO threads will gradually dissolve within the body but collagen will keep turning back the hands of time until you reach optimal results.
