The end is finally in sight and normality has never looked so good. But our skin? Not so much. We were all so determined to keep our beauty regime in check during the first week of lockdown, but fast forward to a month later and our skincare routine was the last thing on our mind. Now our skin is paying the price and in desperate need of a quick fix.
But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered at Dr. Gabriela Clinic. Here are a few of our favourite treatments we recommend to get you looking and feeling like yourself again (or better).
LED Light Therapy
Looking for a non-invasive way to tackle multiple skincare concerns at once? Look no further than LED Light Therapy. The futuristic face mask delivers nothing short of beautiful skin to step back into the real world as the best version of yourself.
Light emitting diodes (LED) of varying wavelengths are used to penetrate the skin on different levels to reach the cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin, calming acne and redness, healing scars, balancing hyperpigmentation and improving circulation. There are seven colours available, each with a unique purpose that can be used alone or combined for maximum results.
Whether you’re looking to reduce fine lines and wrinkles from the stress of lockdown or even out your skin tone from too much screen time, we’ll create the perfect treatment plan for you.

Molecular Anti-Ageing Vitamin Drip
Hooking yourself up to a drip for an intense boost of vitamins and minerals has become just as normal as throwing back a shot of green juice (but without the sour after taste). An IV vitamin drip is a quick and easy way to rejuvenate your skin and improve your overall health.
It contains vitamins at a higher concentration which gives them a 90% absorption rate compared to an oral vitamin of only 50%. They’re delivered through a small tube inserted into a vein which allows them to be quickly distributed by the bloodstream.
Many of us have picked up bad eating habits during lockdown, neglecting essential vitamins and minerals our skin needs for a healthy, glowy complexion. Our Molecular Anti-Ageing Vitamin Drip will give your tired skin a new lease of life by hydrating, plumping and brightening its appearance for a post-lockdown look you’ll love.

Laser Acne Treatment
The past year has been tough on our skin, especially when it came to blemishes.
Those with acne experienced even more breakouts than usual, while others who never suffered from acne are now trying to find ways to fight it. Our Laser Acne Treatment is your skin’s saviour that’ll zap those zits away.
The most common cause of acne is blocked pores. The sebaceous glands produce an oily substance known as sebum to keep the skin moisturised when produced in a healthy amount. But they’re highly sensitive and can go into overdrive and create too much sebum, resulting in clogged pores. Increased stress levels cause our body to respond with hormones that escalate sebum production, and with the events of last year it’s no wonder we’re more stressed and living at blemish central.
At our clinic, we use the Fotona Nd:YAG laser machine to effectively target overactive sebaceous glands and calm acne inflammation through photoselective absorption and controlled heating effects. The laser accelerates the healing process by stimulating collagen and can be used on active acne and acne scars. So, what are you waiting for? Feel confident in ditching the face mask to reveal flawless skin.
